2014 We are glad to announce the completion our ADAS ETFE Double Layer Cushion for Lucky Export at Johor Bahru. Our Company also successfully completed a high profile project for M1 Sales Gallery Double Layer Membrane using photocatalytic, self-cleaning TiO² Coating that promises everlasting beauty of the brilliant white surface.
2013 Completion of the first ADAS Fabric Facade project for 600 m² of Gurney Paragon Escalator Facade in Penang, Malaysia
2012 The company completed Rosetta Tent in Niyama Resort, Maldives and Folis Pavilion, Pasir Ris Dr 4, Legoland Theme Park, Malaysia, Volleyball court canopy @ Blk 939/940 Hougang St 92, Elderly Fitness Corner & Pavilion @ Bishan St13 NRP, Bukit Batok Playground Canopy, Medini Playgournd @ Iskandar.
2011 ADAS trademark is registered by Multimedia as proprietor from 30th May 2011. The company has completed the Grill Restaurant in Niyama Resort, Maldives. Multimedia also completed the Gold colour PTFE-coated glass fiber project for Amphiteater and Stage @ Bukit Batok, 16,000m2 of Falzonal standing seam roof for Four Seasons Seychelles
2010 Our CEO was awarded the 2011 Successful Enterpreneur Award and obtained ISO 9001:2008 certificate for its Quality Management System. The company has completed the 1500 m² Tensile Membrane for Amphitheatre and Carousel at Rainforest Kidzworld, Singapore Zoological Gardens. The company also completed the Tensile Membrane covering the swimming pool at St Andrew Autism Centre, as well as tensile membrane covering the central stage & linkways at Bukit Panjang N1 Park.
2009 The company completed Tensile Membrane Structures for Central Library, Linkway, and Yusof Ishak House at National University of Singapore.
2008 The company completed 1200 m² of tensile membrane for the Kandooma Resort in Male, Maldives. In June 2008, The Company successfully upgraded its BCA financial status from C2 to C1.
2007 During this year, Multimedia has successfully completed some major projects in Singapore and Malaysia, for instance: 7,500 m² spaceframe roofs for Athlete Complex in Bukit Jalil, Malaysia; 6,500 m² of tensile membrane structure for International Lawn Bowling Stadium at Labuan, also in Malaysia and Teflon roof at 3rd floor IMM Garden Plaza.
2006 Completed 5,000 m² of the 7,500 m² spaceframe roof for National Sports Council of Malaysia at Bukit Jalil. In the same year, Multimedia has completed spaceframe systems to cover the open space above the clubhouse for the developer of Marina East Golf Course.
2005 The first Geodesic Dome using Spaceframe and Longest Tensile Membrane Linkway in Singapore Discovery Centre was built. Designed and Built First Tenara Tensile Membrane Fabric for Hong Lim Green Community Centre in Singapore with a total area of 1,000 sqm (Largest in Asia).
2004 The complete construction of Miri Outdoor Stadium in East Malaysia, Kuching using Tensile Membrane for the grand stand area.
2003 Won a 6.1 millions ringgits project for the construction of the federal complex project in Sabah, Malaysia. The company registered with BCA under CW01 General Building Class C2.
2002 The Company completed the longest roof in Asia, the proton city complex in Ipoh, Malaysia. Total area exceeding 200,000 sqm.
2001 Completed the construction of Changi Airport Cargo Agent B complex. The largest spaceframe roof in Singapore with area exceeding 20,000 sqm.
2000 Start the construction of the largest tensile membrane structures at the Oasis Complex in Kallang, Singapore.
1999 Completed the Titiwangsa stadium, Hockey stadium, Kelana Jaya stadium.
1998 Completed the Limbang Indoor stadium.
1997 Started spaceframe and tensile membrane production in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.
1996 Built the first lightweight structures manufacturing facilities in Kuching, Sarawak with Mr. Robert Ting.
1995 Won the contract for the design of four-commonwealth Sports Stadium in Malaysia. Together with Mr. Ching TF, a first tensile membrane design system was developed.
1994 Started work on the design of tensile membrane and completed the first Boudin tent in Ipoh, Malaysia.
1992 Received a British patent for a spaceframe system.
1989 The first large-scale spaceframe structure was designed and built by Multimedia at Woodland Checkpoint.
1988 Dr. Phang Yok Piau, an aeronautical engineer by profession, developed the first spaceframe system for large span structures. Revolutionary software running on the micro was developed for the design of spaceframe structures. The same year, Dr. Phang won the National Young Scientists and Engineers award.
